C:/Program Files/Git/stickers returns 403 Forbidden in Japan

Description

The command opens a browser but the page returns 403 Forbidden.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run in Claude Code
2. Browser opens automatically
3. Page displays 403 Forbidden

Environment

• OS: Windows 11 Pro for Workstations
• Region: Japan
• Claude Code login: successful ( shows 'Login successful')

Expected Behavior

Sticker collection page should load successfully.

Actual Behavior

403 Forbidden error is returned.

Notes

Unsure if this is a regional restriction (Japan) or a plan/account restriction. Reporting for investigation.
