/doctor 1 error shown at startup but claude doctor output shows no errors

When launching Claude Code, the startup banner shows '/doctor 1 error' but running 'claude doctor' returns all green with no errors shown. Version: 2.1.162, Windows 11 Pro. Expected: doctor should identify the failing check. Actual: no error surfaced.
