Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing requests and this feature hasn't been requested yet
- [x] This is a single feature request (not multiple features)
Problem Statement
When I have multiple Claude Code sessions open for different projects in the same terminal window, it's difficult to tell them apart.<img width="1605" height="137" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/304ef958-114a-4147-b0b5-cf37e9a862e1" />
Proposed Solution
A simple GNOME tweak or shell extension would suffice.
With Claude, I'd like to be able to run two skills:
- /terminal-tab-name-customization to customize how I name my tabs
- /terminal-tab-name-desktop to customize the formatting of my terminal choice (e.g. GNOME, KDE, xfce)
