It's really awesome that claude code can work for you in the background, sometimes this takes a while. When it does ask for input again, I'd like to be notified through the system bell of my terminal, for instance. Or the notification framework of my operating system could also notify me. In my case I'd love to be able to do something else and return to the terminal when it finished.

FYI, this is built-in if you use iTerm2 to run it (on a Mac). It also shows a notification dialog in front of other screens.
Thanks for taking the time to provide this hint! Good one. I did use iTerm2 but use Warp mostly these days, I guess it makes sense to use it again since when you're using Claude code, Warp's AI features are fully redundant.
