[Feature Request] Add token usage visualization and context management at checkpoints

Bug Description
is it possible to show number of tokens consumed along with the code/conversation checkpoints? i would like to see a battery there, which shows the context distribution, with some colors, so that i can choose that point, and i can also choose what to keep out of the context. so essentially its a compress plus restore feature. i know its not the best usefulness feature, but it would improve a long running session
