[Bug] Claude Code Desktop unresponsive to messages with stuck visualization panel

Bug Description
Claude Code Desktop is not responding to any messages. When I send a message, it shows no response at all — the interface just stays blank. The Preview panel was showing "Configuring visualization" and also got stuck.
What I've already tried:
Cleared app cache and data (~/Library/Application Support/Claude and ~/Library/Caches)
Killed all Claude processes and restarted the app
Reinstalled the app
Switched models (Opus and Sonnet)
Disabled Planning Mode
Started new sessions
The CLI version works perfectly fine. The issue is isolated to the Desktop app.
System: Mac Mini, macOS, Claude Max plan, Desktop app version 2.1.81.
