[Bug] Claude 3.5 Sonnet over-executing without explicit user request

Question

**Bug Description**
Since I'm using Opus 4.8 on claude-code, is much more invasive than before, clear prompts of e.g. "change <something> on the script to include case a, b, and c." and instead of doing it, it proceed to execute the script inline (without generating the new script on disk) and do many other bash execution that were not asked for. This has been happening since 4.8, also on the web I noticed that for fairly simple prompts it generates overly-bloated responses.
