[Bug] Keyboard shortcuts (option+delete, cmd+delete) not working in fullscreen TUI layout

Bug Description
option+delete and cmd+delete don't work in /tui fullscreen In the chat input, option+delete (delete word) and cmd+delete (delete to line start) do nothing when the fullscreen TUI layout is active. Switching to /tui default restores both immediately — same terminal, same session. - Repro: /tui fullscreen → type text in chat input → press option+delete or cmd+delete → nothing happens - Works: /tui default - ~/.claude/keybindings.json only contains shift+up/down scroll overrides (removing it doesn't change behavior) - macOS (Darwin 25.5.0), zsh
