[FEATURE] Allow the order of chats vs projects to be configurable in the sidebar of the app

Problem Statement

I prefer the website ordering of chats vs projects in the sidebar, so the projects come first. There is no setting in the app to change the order, which in the app is chats first. I'd like to submit a request that this be configurable in the app and website so project-heavy users can list the projects first and chat-heavy the reverse, in either interface.

Proposed Solution

I've already described it twice. It's a simple request.

Alternative Solutions

I can use the website, but it lacks some features of the app.
