[BUG] Regression in 2.1.160 after removing workflow keyword

What's Wrong?

After leaving only ultracode to invoke dynamic workflows it's really hard to ask for this approach. Even with heavy task and using ultracode Claude is doing task by task itself, even barely using one subagent.

What Should Happen?

When use ultracode keyword it should be obvious for Claude to use dynamic workflows and it shouldn't ignore this.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask Claude to do some heavy job like completely rewrite fronted and use "ultracode" keyword. That's all, it's doing job as single agent.
