Add a way to display a notification when a prompt has finished

Would it be possible to add a config option to display a notification when a prompt has finished? For example on Ubuntu, I would like to be able to start a ClaudeCode prompt, do something else, and once the prompt has finished, get a OS popup notification "prompt SUMMARY" has finished, where SUMMARY is the summary of the prompt. Ideally, I would like to be able to click on the notification to get transported to directly the right ClaudeCode terminal.
