[BUG] Warning "Near weekly limit" triggered at only 26% weekly usage

What's Wrong?

Bug description

The warning "Próximo do limite de uso semanal" is showing
even though weekly usage is only at 26%.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use Claude Code normally
2. Check usage via the context window indicator

What I see

• Weekly usage: 26% (reinicia 6d)
• 5-hour usage: 44% (reinicia 4h)
• Warning displayed: "Próximo do limite de uso semanal - Reinicia dom., 7 de jun., 6:00"

Expected behavior

Warning should not appear at 26% weekly usage.
