[Feature Request] Improve readline keybinding compatibility for word navigation (alt-f/alt-b)

Bug Description
alt-f and alt-b are almost like emacs but not quite, for instance pressing alt-f when on the q at the beginning of quite" puts you at the f in "for", not at the comma after quite like i would expect. also ctrl-b often breaks for me entirely

if some people like the current behavior (and i imagine many do) then please just add a setting somewhere
