[Feature Request] Improve Git worktree support and compatibility

Issue - when compacting happens, Claude Code seems to lose track of a specific worktree it was working in, my workaround is to have hooks, but they don't always work, we really need proper worktree support so we can use a main/master branch to work out of, and have all of the skills, etc.. that are built up for that project available, but also work in worktrees for specific features
