[Bug] Single-use OAuth refresh token consumed by test copy invalidates production token

Question

**Bug Description**
I introduced a problem — my earlier "test on a copy" consumed the rotating refresh token, which invalidated the production token too (OAuth
  refresh tokens are single-use). Let me design the right fix BEFORE asking you to re-auth, so the next fresh token doesn't get killed.
