Preflight Checklist

What's Wrong?

Harness freezes very frequently under minimal load. This issue has been observed the first time about 3 weeks ago, but I had assumed it was related to running about 11 parallel sessions in Claude VS Code. However, the issue started becoming very recurring. Now with just 3 sessions running in parallel, the harness keeps freezing on various Permission Prompts. This is becoming very annoying and a real hinderance to productivity.

Harness only clears when I restart the sessions (close and reload).

What Should Happen?

Permission prompts should display cleanly without freezing.

Steps to Reproduce

I don't know specific steps to reproduce, it just happens randomly.
I am currently trying to narrow down if there's a specific pattern of Bash commands that trigger it, will leave any updates in the comments.
