What's Wrong?

It modified a file on my system without my consent and without warning me beforehand. This is not acceptable and could lead to customer data loss.

What Should Happen?

Claude must ask for permission before modifying files locally on the user’s machine and must receive explicit confirmation from the user beforehand.”

1. I provided a YAML file via drag and drop.
2. I asked what was wrong and how to fix it.
3. My local file was modified without any warning, feedback, or indication that it would happen.
