Feature request: disabledSlashCommands setting to suppress specific built-in slash commands

Today there's no way to hide or disable individual built-in slash commands (e.g. /stickers). The only option, --disable-slash-commands, is all-or-nothing and kills custom commands too. permissions.deny targets tools, not commands, and hooks don't intercept slash-command dispatch.

Please add a disabledSlashCommands array to settings.json, e.g.:

{
  "disabledSlashCommands": ["stickers"]
}

Listed commands would be hidden from the menu and rejected if invoked. Honoring it at user / project / managed-settings levels would also let orgs enforce a curated command set.
