[Feature Request] Add installation source metadata to MCP and ALL plugin configuration files

using haiku - still learning context and mem + it works well so far with      build simple apps - problem uninstalling "MCP Memory Service" and clean up ~/.claude clutter --- Recomendation !!! is for all skills plugins erc files should at top show who installed ???
