Bug Description
/doctor shows:
Warning: Local installation not accessible via PATH
Fix: Create alias: alias claude="~/.claude/local/claude"even when local installation is added to the PATH (via ~/.bash_profile as export PATH="$HOME/.claude/local:$PATH")

#2824 Related issue was reopened. Encountering the same issue but seems to be purely cosmetic. For reference, I am also using ghostty on Mac and have installed node via mise.
I've accidentally closed it, my bad, I forgot that I'm on Linux machine today, and this is mac-related issue, probably.
