Bug Description
/doctor shows:
Warning: Local installation not accessible via PATH
Fix: Create alias: alias claude="~/.claude/local/claude"even when local installation is added to the PATH (via ~/.bash_profile as export PATH="$HOME/.claude/local:$PATH")
