[BUG] VS Code UI Tool not Detecting Agents

What's Wrong?

In the Claude Code VS Code sidebar, UI view, it doesn't detect custom agents. However, if I switch it back to the Terminal view, I can use the Agents with the @ command.

What Should Happen?

Claude should recognize custom agents in the UI mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom agent ex. .claude/agents/someagent.md
2. Reload VS code
3. Open the UI view of Claude Code in the sidebar
4. Attempt to use the agent with the @ command
