[BUG] Windows: Sessions show "Session not found on disk" after project folder moved - no UI recovery option

OS: Windows 11 Build 26200
Claude Code version: 2.1.149
Desktop app

All sessions show "Session not found on disk" with no recovery option in the UI.

Spent 5+ hours manually editing .claude.json, projects folder name, and cwd field inside every .jsonl session file. All correctly point to new path. Session data intact (118MB). Sessions still won't load.

Needed fixes:

  1. "Locate folder" option in UI when session path is broken
  2. Automatic path migration when folder is moved or renamed
