Bug Description
I got all the tokens in 7 minutes (2 requests to 2 terminals) (13:20-13:28 UTC+3)

Suspect tried to read a texture file
or I don't know (essentially the total input is 700k tokens)
before this it was a maximum of 15% of the limit and not 100%
