You've hit your limit · resets 11:20pm (Europe/Paris) : session reaching 100% instantly

Bug Description
The last two working sessions on Claude Code (CLI) encountered issues. During the second-to-last session, the “Current Session” indicator started at over 50% usage right from the beginning. In the most recent session, it immediately showed 100% usage upon startup and then stopped.
This is the first time I’ve experienced this behavior. Could you clarify what might have caused it?
I suspect this is a technical issue, as the session reaching 100% instantly is not normal.
