Keyboard Interaction: Skip current step & continue as if it was done.

claude code always asks:
Do you want to do <whatever> ❯ 1. Yes 2. Yes, and don't ask again this session (shift+tab) 3. No, and tell Claude what to do differently (esc)
Sometimes the code change has already been made or the command has already been run, or sometimes it's just an irrelevant change. Selecting "No" and then typing "continue" or "next" every time this happens is a bit annoying.
I would like to suggest there could be an option 4. Skip, and continue.
