[BUG] Claude Agents Plugin Skills Autocomplete is inconsistent with a normal session

What's Wrong?

When I want to trigger a plugin installed skill from the Claude Agents view, the autocomplete expects the full prefix, e.g /superpowers:brainstorming. However, in a normal interactive session /brainstorming works fine. Also the autocomplete matching is not very sophisticated. Even if the skill in context is /superpowers:brainstorming typing in /brainstorming should show a suggestion for the full skill name.

What Should Happen?

instead of having to type in /superpowers:brainstorming typing in /brainstorming should work or at the very least show a suggestion for the full skill name.
