Agent Command Autocomplete Regression in v72

Bug Description
Bug: @ agents not visible in v72 - regression from v71

The @ agent commands were working perfectly in Claude Code v70 and v71 but are completely missing in v72.

Environment:

• Working: v70 and v71
• Broken: v72
• OS: macOS

Steps to Reproduce:

1. v70/v71: Type @ → agents appear ✅
2. v72: Type @ → NO agents appear ❌

Impact:
Cannot access agents via @ commands including @agent-master-orchestrator. Task tool works but @ interface is broken.

Evidence:

• Multiple Claude Code instances confirm issue
• Sessions on v70/v71 still work
• Only new sessions on v72 affected

This is a regression between v71 and v72. Please fix or allow downgrade.
