[BUG] Sweep Agent from /code-review never completes

What's Wrong?

Using new /code-review local review command _(with xhigh, against dev branch target - although generally fails as well similarly with other arguments)_

Completes almost all the way, but "phase 3" Sweep Agent general-purpose agent keeps processing continuously and never completes, thus cannot report back to the main agent thread and complete the code review

I am on latest claude code version (2.1.153) and Windows OS

What Should Happen?

/code-review command should be able to finish in its entirety, "sweep agent" step should not fail

execute /code-review in claude code cli _(in my case was a somewhat substantial PR branch diff being reviewed (both branches pulled down locally for review command comparison), 100+ files changed)_
