[BUG] Cowork scheduled task: execution history row not showing after successful run

What's Wrong?

A Cowork scheduled task (Manual frequency, Claude Desktop Windows)
runs successfully — HTML file generated, Gmail draft created via MCP,
full skill chain completed — but the execution row does not appear
in the task history. Restarting the app does not fix it.

The missing row also makes it impossible to leave feedback via
the thumbs up/down interface.

App version: Claude 1.9255.2 (1dc8f7) — 2026-05-27
OS: Windows

What Should Happen?

The execution row should appear in the task history after a
successful run, allowing review of conversation output and
access to in-conversation outputs.

1. Create a scheduled task in Cowork (frequency: Manual)
2. Click "Run now"
3. Task completes successfully (verified: HTML file generated,

Gmail draft created via MCP connector)

1. Check Cowork task history → execution row is missing
2. Restart Claude Desktop → row still missing
