Product: Claude Code Mac terminal app
Version: 1.0.86
Issue: Sub-agents consistently fail with "0 tool uses · 0 tokens"
Status: Main Claude Code works, only sub-agents affected
Authentication: Web auth works for main app, fails for sub-agents <-------
Impact: Complete sub-agent functionality blocked
