[BUG] Scheduled task ran 100s of times unprompted as desktop app crashed

What's Wrong?

A daily scheduled task ran 100s of times without any prompt and Claude crashed - when I reopened Claude none of the scheduled tasks completed but the usage limits were exhausted

What Should Happen?

Task should run once and if there are any issues it sends a slack message saying run has failed
