[BUG] @-file references resolve to parent git repo root instead of cwd when launched inside a jj workspace (.workspaces/<name>/)

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When I launch claude inside a jujutsu (jj) workspace nested under a parent git clone (eg. <git-repo>/.workspaces/<my-workspace>), referencing files with @ resolves to the parent repo (<git-repo>/path/to/file) instead of cwd (<git-repo>/.workspaces/<my-workspace>/path/to/file).

The session's primary working dir is correct (the workspace dir), so I presume the bug is in the @ resolution/completion.

What Should Happen?

@ file references should use the nested workspace as reference.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Starting from a plain git repo
  2. Init jj with jj git init
  3. mkdir .workspaces
  4. Create a nested workspace with jj add .workspaces/test-workspace
  5. cd .workspaces/test-workspace
  6. Run claude and try to reference a file with @. You should see completion options like @../../my-file instead of @my-file
