[BUG] 鼠标滚轮在 Android Studio 集成终端中无法滚动（功能回退）

What's Wrong?

Mouse wheel scrolling stopped working in Android Studio's integrated terminal (version: Hedgehog 2023.1.1 Patch 2).
It used to work in a previous version of Claude Code, but no longer works after a recent update.
The same behavior works correctly in VSCode's integrated terminal.

What Should Happen?

Mouse wheel should scroll the conversation history up and down, as it did in previous versions of Claude Code.
