[BUG] Sonnet limit exceeded, but planning mode uses only Sonnet

What's Wrong?

I exceeded the Sonnet usage limit, but planning mode always use it, meaning I cannot finish the job that I delegated from Opus or Haiku.

What Should Happen?

No Sonnet delegation when limit is exceeded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Exceed Sonnet usage
2. Try to use the plan mode from the Haiku model
3. Information about the usage limit. Stops work.
