[FEATURE] Configurable idle animation character

Problem Statement

The input bar idle animation (currently an animated crab) should be configurable, similar to how the status line character can be set.

Proposed Solution

A setting in settings.json (e.g. "idleAnimation": "🧙") that lets users swap the character would be sufficient. Alternatively, even a small set of built-in options (crab, wizard, penguin, etc.) via /config would be welcome.
