[FEATURE] Enable /voice dictation in plan mode reply input

Problem Statement

Sup 👋

Small request: it would be great if /voice dictation (hold-spacebar to dictate) worked inside the plan mode reply input. i.e. option 4 "Type something" in the plan dialog (screenshot attached for reference).

Proposed Solution

Current behavior

With /voice enabled:

• In the regular prompt input, holding spacebar triggers voice recording and transcription as expected. ✅
• In the plan mode reply input (option 4 "Type something"), holding spacebar just inserts space characters like a normal text field. No recording is triggered at all. ❌

Proposed solution is simply allow me to press spacebar to dictate there as well.

Why this would be grand

The plan mode reply input is exactly where I tend to ramble the most. e.g. "yeah option 1 looks good, but I'd also consider X, and what about Y if Z…" That kind of nuanced conversational feedback on a proposed plan is where voice dictation shines.

Related (closed) issues for context

I did find talk related to this, but it seemed to me that they were framing something similar as a bug, and tbh I could not reproduce that behavior (trying dictation on plan mode does not trigger recording for me, and does not reroute it elsewhere).

#30974 — Voice transcription routes to main input instead of active dialog/reply box (closed stale, locked) — different failure mode (misrouted text), but same general area.
#31461, #33556 — closed as duplicates of #30974.

Forme it's more like, hey plan mode works as expected, but it would be great if it also used /voice input.
