The same as #2266 - this issue was closed as completed, and no clarification as to why was provided before the issue was locked.

More recent issues have been closed as duplicates of #2266 despite the fact that the last comment on there is "_If you're experiencing a similar issue, please file a new issue and reference this one if it's relevant._"
