[Bug] Cannot exit plan mode feedback prompt to access Agents view

Bug Description
When the user is forced to provide feedback via the numbered list of selectable options in plan mode, there does not appear to be a means to exit that plan mode session in order to return to the Agents view, Typically accessible with the left arrow key. Any and all processes and data being handled by the N background agents is ostensibly inaccessible until the main session agent's questions are answered. This can be a problem if there's additional information in another session that one needs in order to answer that question. Ideally, there would be a shortcut key workaround (as in, a secondary means to navigate to the Agents view), or better yet... The left arrow should always show the agents view unless the user has entered text into the terminal window / client.
