I have my correct email Yahoo address for an individual account, and your Beta has changed it to a gmail address with a Organization account. Please contact me by my correct Yahoo email account.

A Path to correct the problem. AI could not correct. Asked for Human which was promised but not provided.
How do I cancel my subscription if II cannot log-in? I have a Pro Max Individual subscription, not a free-tier account, and a human escalation is guaranteed.

Correct a simple 5-minute problem with a human that an AI bot is not allowed to dohere is what Fin AI bot wrote: "Paste the message you already wrote. Add that you've been told by AI agents that you'd be connected to a human and that has not happened. Public visibility is the lever that actually moves things at Anthropic — engineers and staff monitor that repo directly.
That's the most useful thing I can tell you. I'm sorry it's not "here's a human on the line." I won't pretend I can do something I can't.

When I try to sign in at claude.ai, for Claude in Excel the login flow is sending the verification/magic link to an Organization account with my gmail address which is incorrect. My account is an Individual Pro Max with my Yahoo address. and a password that does not work with the gmail address.
If you cannot fix this simple problem then I ask that you cancel immediately the account or accounts, and allow me to set up a new account.
But there is some bug in your Beta system which I suggest you explore. Thanks
