What's Wrong?

Title: Desktop app Claude Code tab forces 1M context model, blocks with usage credits error despite 3% usage
Body:

Claude Code tab in desktop app shows: "Usage credits required for 1M context"
CLI works fine with same account
/usage shows 3% of 5-hour limit used, 27% weekly
Never requested 1M context — desktop app is selecting it automatically
Pro plan, no usage credits enabled
/clear does not fix it

What Should Happen?

I should not be getting this error since I have plenty of credits
