[BUG] When switch between Code to Cowork/Chat the "Revise plan" textbox gets cleared (Desktop)

What's Wrong?

Summary: "Revise plan" textbox content is lost when switching between Claude Code and Chat/Cowork

Product: Claude Desktop - Code / Cowork / Chat

Expected behavior: The content entered in the "Revise plan" textbox should be preserved when returning to Code.

Actual behavior: The "Revise plan" textbox is cleared. Any in-progress revision text is lost.

Impact: Disrupts iterative planning workflows that involve switching between Claude Code and Cowork. Users lose draft revision content and must re-enter it.

What Should Happen?

The content entered in the "Revise plan" textbox should be preserved when returning to Code.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Claude Code and create a plan, when it's time to decide on purposed plan, Click "Revise...", showing "Revise plan" input field
  2. Enter text into the "Revise plan" textbox
  3. Switch to Claude Char (or Claude Cowork)
  4. Switch back to Code
