[BUG] Powershell screen is not cleared after exit

What's Wrong?

After exiting claude text artifacts from my claude session remain on the screen.

What Should Happen?

All text artifacts should be cleared from the screen, or at least clean out the characters that obscuring my command input.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run claude code in a powershell terminal by typing claude.
2. Use the /exit command to exit claude code.
