What's Wrong?

I am revising an HVAC market research report when this error occurred. I have tried the troubleshooting procedure given by claude.com - went back in conversation and forked an earlier conversation, but this error keeps coming up.

API Error: Claude Code is unable to respond to this request, which appears to violate our Usage Policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). Try rephrasing the request or attempting a different approach.

HVAC market research and price calculation to find the right product should NOT trigger this error. PLEASE FIX this BUG.

What Should Happen?

Claude's code should complete the requests to update the HVAC research report and create a concise briefing.
