Voice/audio output for Claude Code — enable hands-free mobile use

Currently Claude Code supports voice dictation via mobile (typing via voice-to-text works well), but responses require reading the screen. Adding audio readback of Claude's responses would close the loop and make Claude Code genuinely hands-free for mobile use cases — walking, commuting, anything where you can speak but can't easily look at a screen.

The dictation half of the loop already works. The missing piece is Claude speaking responses back.

Use case: Dictate a question or task via phone while away from the desk → Claude Code responds → response is read aloud → continue the conversation without touching the screen.

This would be especially useful for the thinking-out-loud, planning, and status-check style of work that doesn't require file edits — the kind of session where the conversation itself is the output.
