Bug Description
there's a very frequent bug where permission prompts don't go through. the session just hangs with "waiting..." and I don't see any prompt. I think it happens when the model submits the tool call while I'm looking at "detailed output mode" via ctrl+o. That's the pattern I've noticed, its always happening near a time when I was using ctrl+o.
the workaround is I have to hit esc and ask the model to try again.
you can see it several turns above in this session where I said "ui bug, sorry, plz try again".

Not "completed", just a duplicate issue. Bug still exists.
I've just found another workaround for some cases:
For some tool requests (e.g. bash commands) you can hit
ctrl+bto have it run in the background, and you don't have to ask the model to redo the command. Still not ideal, but perhaps slightly better.This issue has been automatically locked since it was closed and has not had any activity for 7 days.
