[BUG] Claude Code Web missing xhigh effort option for Opus, unlike desktop which has it

What's Wrong?

When in the web version of Claude Code and choosing Opus, there is high and max as effort options, but no xhigh. This is present as expected in the desktop version though.

What Should Happen?

The xhigh option should be available in the web too

Open Claude Code Web, choose Opus, and then choose the effort and see that it's missing xhigh
