[BUG] Claud Code CLI consistently gets stuck

What's Wrong?

Claude Code CLI consistently gets stuck after 1 turn. I'll type a prompt, get one response, and on 2nd turn consistently get stuck. Token usage doesn't change, but the timer (second spent thinking keeps going). I can hit escape and type a new message, get 1 turn, rinse and repeat.

Claude Version: 2.1.146 (Claude Code)

What Should Happen?

Claude should keep working.
