What's Wrong?

I purchased the Claude Max plan (5x) and was successfully charged $118.00 (including 18% GST) on May 19, 2026. My invoice shows as Paid in Settings > Billing at claude.ai, but my account is still on the Free plan with all Max features disabled including Claude Code. There is no Resubscribe button — only an Upgrade button that would trigger a new payment. Support Fin AI bot has been looping for 30+ hours with no resolution and two tickets closed without fix. Invoice: HQ27BPBD-0006, Receipt: 2302-7368-9255, Support Conversation ID: 215474376323881. Same issue reported in #56895, #35340, #54560, #31012.

What Should Happen?

Account should be upgraded to Max plan immediately after successful payment with all Max features and Claude Code enabled.
