[Feature Request] Improve `--resume` error message to indicate id was only searched within one project

Question

**Bug Description**
"When --resume <uuid> fails with 'No conversation found', the error message should indicate which project directory was    
  ▎ searched (i.e., the hash folder for the current working directory), so users know that the id may exist in another project and can cd to the correct project before 
  ▎ resuming."
