[Feature Request] Improve session resume UX with project navigation and meaningful session summaries

Bug Description
It's hard to resume a session when you're not sure which project you started the session. There should be a way to navigate the resume interface by project and then by session name.
Also session names or summaries are often listed as 'yes' with no other meaningful context - this is not useful at all, it's a time waste.
